About Your Stay
A: Here is a list of what we provide at The Bay House:
- One towel and wash cloth per occupancy limit.
- Sheets, blankets, pillows
- Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, etc.
- Microwave, Stove, Ice Maker, Toaster
- We have a selection of spices, but we do not guarantee to have what you need.
- Coffee maker – full size or K-Cup Option (initial supply of K-Cups)
- Initial supply of hand soap and dish soap
- Initial supply of trash bags
- Initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels
- Full size washer & dryer (initial supply of laundry detergent)
- Smart TV in 3 bedrooms
- Iron and ironing board
- Hair Dryer
- BBQ grill – you may need to supply your own propane.
- Patio furniture for outdoor eating.
A: Here is a list of suggested items to bring:
- Extra towels/wash clothes if one per person is not enough
- Personal toiletries such as Shampoo, bath soap and other personal items.
- Laundry detergent
- Sunscreen
- Mosquito spray
- Fishing gear
- Beach towels
- Extra Paper towels, aluminum foil, etc.
- Beach Chairs
Check In Time is 4:00 pm, your keyless access information will be sent the day of your arrival.
Check Out Time is 11:00 am
*any early arrival or late check-out must be approved prior to your arrival.
